Memo of exact discussion topics
-what effects the Land Use Plan changes and expansion of Town Center boundries would have on density, traffic and development capacity and the previous 37,000 household build-out goal.
-Voiced concerns from citizens were also about the completeness of the draft, since it lacked topics of historic preservation, government, appearance standards and implementation info.
-Allowing more time for public to digest and provide comments and a sense that this Plan is being rushed to complete before the Nov 2018 election.
-Water and sewer infrastructure were also of concern as well as a confusion about private community sewer for businesses only and public sewer and water service.
